14 District Cops Nab Two Out of Three Offenders in Strong Arm Robbery

Per this Our Urban Times report, 14th District Cops, using information from a witness, chased and apprehended two out of three offenders in a strong-arm robbery which took place at approx. 10AM today involving a 24-year-old female who refused to give up her purse, and was punched in the face at the corner of North and Leavitt in Wicker Park.
