Last month, when we reported on the Emporium Arcade Bar, an up-and-coming bar and classic video game arcade at 1366 N. Milwaukee Ave, it seemed like everything was on track to meet an anticipated mid-March opening date. According to ABC Chicago, an abandoned raised rail line known as the Bloomingdale Trail, will be the world's longest elevated park.
