Via Facebook pal, artist Josh Ashton Golden, we learned that “ Vigilante Press is the best comic book shop in the city and they really need some community support right now. The thought of this mom and pop shop closing down is devastating, as I’ve been going there every week for six years. Help out if you can. 50% off EVERYTHING!! PLease help spread the word…

A friendly person answered the phone at Vigilante and said that they’re “not ready to make a statement” on whether or not they’re closing, but confirmed that a big sale is going on. Hopefully if enough people come out to the sale, Vigilante won’t have to make any statement at all… so if you like comic books or know someone who does, now’s the time to do some shopping!
Hours are Noon to 9 p.m.
