Memorial Day has always meant the beginning of summer to me, and usually the first sunburn. This past weekend was just too hot to be out that much during the picnic. I hope that you enjoyed the long holiday weekend. I did!
There were 20 closings in Wicker Park and Bucktown this past week: 5 Detached single family houses, 15 Attached condos. Interestingly, the condos had an average this week of 62 days on the market, selling at 97% of final list price.
