Holstein Park 100th Anniversary! VOLUNTEER!

There’s a big anniversary party coming up at Holstein Park– it’s turning 100 years old–  and from the looks of this email from Friends of Holstein Park, at least 100 volunteers or a solid 10 are needed.

The list of how to participate is below. The party is June 30th. It will include food trucks, entertainment, kids/family activities, and more!

Community Notification of Event

Thursday June 8^th  6:00 p.m.

4 Volunteers

Each Volunteer will take a 2 block route attaching flyers to door knobs

Thursday June  21^st 6:00 p.m.

4 Volunteers

Each Volunteer will take a 2 block route attaching flyers to door knobs

 

 

Poster Distribution

Saturday June 9^th 10:00 a.m.- 2:00 p.m.

10 Volunteers

Each Volunteer will be given a route to

distribute event posters to local stores, restaurants and community organizations

 

Event Prep

Wednesday June 27^th  1:00- 7:00

1-3 Volunteers with cars

Volunteers will assist in picks ups for the event

 

Event Prep

Thursday June 28th  1:00- 7:00

1-3 Volunteers with cars

Volunteers will assist in picks ups for the event

 

 

Event Prep

Friday June 29th   1:00- 7:00

1-3 Volunteers with cars

2-3 Volunteers to bundle tickets

Volunteers will assist in picks ups for the event

 

Event Day

Saturday June  30^th

Volunteers needed to assist in 4 hour time slots for the smooth operation of event

 

 

8:00- 11:00 Event Set Up

Set up 10×10 tents, tables , chairs, garbage cans,

Beer and beverage stations, ticket stations and hang signage

 

10:00-3:00 (5 hours) 6 Stations

Cashiers set up cash station, these cashiers will work the first shift.

 

11:00- 3:00
