Dear You,

The events occurring in this neighborhood at any one given time are endless.

If you play your cards correctly, you could be busy every day of the week for an entire year, and almost never stop in the same place twice.  Which brings us to A Printed Holiday Magazine SAMPLER celebrating the best local options and stories in Wicker Park and Bucktown, published by Alisa Hauser of Chicago-Pipeline, in partnership with Elaine Coorens of Our Urban Times, slated to hit the streets to the tune of 30,000 free copies professionally distributed to FOUR north side neighborhoods, downtown hotels, as well as on the home front, during the week after ‘Black Friday’ (Nov. 28, 2011).

ALL Holiday Sampler ADVERTISERS will receive a free LINK to your business in every e-pipeline newsletter which we send out!

The magazine-sized insert, 7″x 9.5,” will offer unique content, local stories, holiday gifts and shopping and dining ideas, and coupons.

In addition, the magazine will have 3X the distribution reach as our summer edition booklet.

Each week we personally receive hundreds of emails, with the vast majority being other e-newsletters, news site we track and read and share with you (avg. cumulative Click Thru Rate, CTR, of the links we share in pipeline e-newsletter, over an 8-issue period,  is 32.7%-  significantly higher than industry average of 2.7%, per this source), requests to be featured, correspondence from contributors who submit stories, story leads, news tips, and lots more, on top of editing editorial contributions from Phlash, Eva, Dika, Joe, Cece and others.

So, why do we do it? In a challenging economy,  we believe there is a purpose and a need for a local e-communication pipeline. The pipeline sets itself apart from other outlets as a trusted and reliable voice- but do not take our word for it!  Please see “Feedback” from readers and advertisers at the bottom of our ‘About Us page).

If you feel the same, we invite you to join us in being part of the Holiday Insert. Business, Shop, Artist, Resident, we won’t turn anyone away who wants to be included in the Holiday magazine. Participation rates begin at just $25 for a Categorized Listing or Neighbor Bulletin and extend upward to special incentives for groups and associations and independently owned businesses.

Delivery: Mon. Nov. 28

Participation Deadline: Nov. 11

Call 773-960-3997 or streetsofwicker((at sign))hotmail to join the fun! We can’t wait to be on the same page as you, too-  literally.
