Remember the basic rule of real estate – Location, location, location. Bucktown and Wicker Park provide some of the best locations in the city because of our transportation, restaurants, entertainment, schools, and subsequent quality of life.
There were 13 closings in Bucktown/Wicker Park over the past two weeks. Four were detached single family homes and nine were attached homes. The highest closing was a 5- bedroom, 2.2 bath, three story Landmark graystone residence, pictured, which sold for $920,000. The lowest closing was a bank-owned duplex condo in the 2300 block of West Armitage.
