Wedding Announcement

The Pipeline would like to congratulate a local couple on their recent nuptials.
Elizabeth Cronin, 35, and Jeremy Kitchen, 40, married June 4th, 2011 at the Lakeside Inn in Lakeside, Michigan. Elizabeth, who was born and raised in Chicago and opened boutique flower shop Asrai Garden (1935 W. North Ave.) in 1999. Jeremy hails from Northfield, Michigan and is a children’s librarian with the Chicago Public Library.
The pair were introduced through mutual friends and have been together for three years. They got engaged right before an amazing trip to Ecuador, and perhaps the engagement was to take place during the epic trip, but the bride tells the Pipeline, “Jeremy’s 90 year old grandma blew the surprise.”
Elizabeth described her wedding as “a weekend-long fest of beauty and laughs” with over-the-top decor that was inspired by the aesthetic of her shop. Elizabeth also says, “I would like to thank my amazing staff for making our wedding the most beautiful thing I have ever seen.”
